| “Jihad” is an Islamic term which means “to endeavour” or “to work hard” for something. In its Islamic sense, Jihad or Jehad means to endeavour for the spread of Islam and to fight for Allah. Jihad is to work hard for the stability of Muslim community or for the betterment of the religion of Islam. “Jihad” is a sacred term which does not mean to kill innocent people. It is obligatory for a greater and a truthful cause. But ‘Jihad” is wrongly interpreted in the world.
