Everyone loves to remain young and healthy forever. Physicians are of the opinion that it is possible to remain young and healthy only if we make a proper use of our mind. Physicians suggest that it is necessary to make ourselves use to of book reading, because it opens new horizon to us. When we concentrate on different topics, our mind remains busy and active. Human mind is just like a cascade, if its water is not changed on daily basis it would automatically become a stagnant pool. Gradually when we move to old age, we must learn new things and should have new ambitions in our mind, it makes us pay little attention to our age that is growing old. In western countries, people, at the age of 70 or 75 years keep themselves busy in swimming, horse riding and other such exercises which keep them healthy and active. Another tip to keep ourself healthy and young is to avoid the things that are obnoxious for our body and mind. 40 is that specific age when a man can play a role in keeping himself active or to accept the bitter reality of growing old and wait for getting old.
