When our weight increases it effects badly on our face look also, our features turn into hideous shape. To get rid of this situation we must follow instructions: balance dietary plan and proper exercises and money for cosmetic surgery. The most foremost thing in this respect is proper exercises that prove to be helpful in reducing fats. When we exercise regularly, we feel ourself fresh and a bit lighter. Also do some aerobic exercises, jogging and dancing and there would be a day when you would be amazed after seeing yourself into the mirror. Make exercise a definite part of your life and it would provide unbelievable results. Use fresh vegetables and juices that are helpful in making your body well shaped. If you are habitual of junk foods you can’t loose weight. Drink at least 20 glass of water daily. Move your face from upper to lower direction, open your mouth and give a movement to the lower joint, it would be a good exercise for making your face well-shaped. Consult a plastic surgeon if you can afford. Plastic surgery would banish fats and give the face a totally new look.
