Water is a great blessing of God enriched with so many qualities useful for our health. Water is undoubtedly a sign of life for almost all the beings on earth. Here we go to a strange advantage of drinking water that most of the people are unaware of. Water also works in our body as weight losing agent, access drinking of water makes our body well shaped. We can change our entire outlook by following some particular schedule of drinking water. First of all make it a habit of drinking at least eight glass of water daily and try to avoid Soda water. When we drink at least three glass of water before taking our breakfast, extra fats from our body start reducing immediately and we will feel our self fresh. Use such vegetables that are enriched with large quantity of water as; carrot and reddish and we should also make less use of meat in our diet. If water is used with lemon juice it would also give our body a smart look. Green tea that is also made with water is a superb weight losing drink that brings results just in few days. So, water not only keeps us alive but also makes us beautiful.
