While doing Incline Press exercise, you have to lie down on a plane bench and keep your feet on the ground. Now make your grip on the barbell hanging above your head and pick it up safely. Remember, your elbows should be stretched widely more than the size of your chest. Now bring the barbell down toward your chest and wait for a few seconds. Then pick it up again, wait for few seconds and bring it back down. Decline press exercise is opposite to the incline press exercise. For Incline fly exercise, lie down on a plain bench which is a little upper from the head side. Now take the dumbbells in your hands and spread your hands in opposite directions and wait for few seconds. Now bring the dumbbells back together to your chest and wait for a while. Now spread your arms again in opposite directions. Decline fly is opposite to incline fly exercise in shape. In low-pulley Cable Crossover exercise, stand in the middle of the machine in which pulleys are attached to cables having weight bars on the end. Spread your arms in opposite directions, catch the pulleys with your hands, and pull the pulleys until your hands cross each other. Always bend down when pulling the pulleys. Standing cable crossover exercise is relevant to the low-pulley cable and bent-over cable cross over exercises. Only the standing position differentiates it from them.
