Salam Qdir And Rehan bhai ap ke problem buhat bure nae if bed month main 2 ya 3 bar hota hai aur ise ko rokna k lea if koi chez use karo ga to nuksan ho ga but. ise say bachana k lea apko check yeh karna chahea k ap jitna vitamins lay raha ho kiya ap k jism ko use ke zarurat b hai use k bad ap apni exercise check karo k jitne ap exercise kata ho kiya itne kafi hai? ap ko zeyada exercise chahea use say ap ka bed harab nae ho ga aur ap k vitamins b ap pea aser karain ga. no need to take any medicine.. agr ap zada vitamins or proteins lo gay without proper exercise to yeh problem hoga.. agr ap zada garam khurak use kr rhe ho to rat ko sone se phle 10 to 15 min walk kro. apko khd he farq pta lg jaega. or vitamins of proteins ko apne stomach ke bardasht se use kro not to excess the amount if ur stomach could not handle.
